Ludwig Wandinger is a paradigm of a contemporary creative.

After moving to Berlin in 2014, he started shifting fluidly between producing music, performing live and creating visual art.

He is involved in various contexts, while never losing his voice.

He has worked and performed with a variety of forward thinking musicians and artists such as Jim Black, Kianí del Valle, Grischa Lichtenberger, Keith Rankin, the Notwist, Robot Koch, Plus X, the Berliner Ensemble, Kirke Karja, Evita Manji, Dan Nicholls, Sara Persico, House of Base, Philipp Gropper, Macie Stewart, Luka Aron, John Object, Wanja Slavin, Elias Stemeseder, Tobias Delius, Nick Dunston, Kathrin Pechlof, Greg Cohen, Donnie Fredericks, Petter Eldh, Moran Sanderovich, Lucia Cadotsch, Ken Vandermark and many more.

His solo-albums got released through genre-defying labels such as Orange Milk Records, Gin and Platonic, Mutants Mixtape, Acna Rusd, A flooded need and Average Negative.

Over the years he had the chance to go perform in Ecuador, China, Switzerland, Vietnam, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Indonesia, Iceland, Austria, Romania, Finland, Estonia, and Norway with highlight festivals being the likes of Jazz Fest Berlin, Moers Festival,

A l´Arme Festival, 3hd Festival, Punkt Festival, Jazzfestival Reykjavik and many more.

His multimedia digital art gets released under the name "kirschbluetenimwind" and has been presented at the "Digital Fog" exhibition at Urban Contemporary in Berlin 2022, the Keyframe Digital Art Festival in Vienna, the Pop Up Gallery Berlin and the "Mana Exhibition" in Shibuya, Tokyo.

Furthermore, since 2017, he was organizing and curating a monthly happening concert series at the "Zukunft am Ostkreuz", which is named "Future Bash", which happened more than fifty times.

The concept of the series is to perform composed and/or improvised sets of experimental music with always changing band constellations, producing a visceral variety of sonic images, always looking for new ways to break genre barriers.
